Dr Glorijoy Tan is an Associate Consultant Infectious Diseases physician at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) and Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

Dr Tan graduated from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2012, gained Membership to the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom in 2014, and completed her specialist training in Infectious Diseases in 2019. She has interests in Infection Prevention and Control and Public Health, and has, amongst others, served as a medical consultant to the Ministry of Manpower's ACE Public Health and Surveillance Unit during the COVID-19 outbreak.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Tan is also a passionate researcher and educator. She is actively involved in ongoing Infectious Diseases-related research, and has published numerous scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals both locally and internationally. Dr Tan additionally holds clinical teaching positions at both the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. As a testament to her enthusiasm and dedication to teaching, Dr Tan was awarded the National Healthcare Group Best Teacher Award in 2017 and 2018.
