Dr Khoo Bo Yan is an Associate Consultant infectious diseases physician at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases and Tan Tock Seng Hospital.

Dr Khoo graduated from the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine in 2016. He was granted membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2021 and completed his specialist training in Infectious Diseases in 2024. He has since been developing his interests in infectious diseases diagnostics and diagnostic stewardship, by pursuing further research training in the field of clinical metagenomics and serving as a member of the Diagnostic Stewardship Workgroup. He is also a member of the adjunct faculty at both the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and NTU Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. ​
