Dr Wilnard Tan is a dedicated infectious diseases physician with a strong interest in treating community and hospital acquired neurological infections, such as meningitis, encephalitis.
Beyond neurological infections, Dr Wilnard Tan is committed to reaching upstream in prevention of emerging infectious diseases with a public health lens. He is passionate about prevention, diagnosis, and management of travel and vaccine related infections and has a particular interest in interdisciplinary approaches to tackling zoonoses through a One Health approach.
Dr Wilnard Tan actively contributes to research and education in infectious diseases, mentoring future healthcare professionals and engaging in initiatives to improve public health preparedness. Passionate about addressing global challenges, Dr Wilnard Tan integrates clinical practice with research to enhance understanding and management of infectious threats in a rapidly evolving world.
