Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment for registration. On arriving at the clinic, please proceed to the registration counter. Our counter staff will advise you on the next step.
After Consultation
After your consultation, please proceed to the clinic counter to make payment for the consultation and investigative tests ordered by your doctor.
We accept cash, credit cards, NETS and personal cheques. Receipts are issued for all payments. Please check the receipts issued and report any inaccuracies to the counter staff immediately.
If your doctor has advised a follow-up visit, please obtain an appointment date from our counter staff.
