Preparing for your visit

Before your visit

Please do not eat or drink anything after 10pm the night before the appointment, if you are undergoing diagnostic tests or medical treatments which require fasting.

What to Bring for Your Visit

Please bring the following documents on your first visit to the specialist clinic:

  • NRIC or Birth Certificate (if you are under 15) or Passport and Employment Pass/Work Permit (if you are a foreigner)
  • Referral letter from your polyclinic/private doctor
  • Civil Service Card/Public Service Card (for civil servants and their dependents only)
  • Medical benefits identification documents
