Research has a key
role to play in fulfilling NCID’s mission to protect the people of Singapore
from infectious diseases. It helps us to understand how and why infections make
us sick, improve our ability to diagnose and prevent infections, and find new treatments.
At NCID, there are three key research facilities to support this work – the Research Clinic, P.H. Feng Research Centre
(PHFRC) and the Infectious Disease Research Laboratory.
